MEAG Luxembourg is acting in its capacity as a UCITS Management Company, governed by Chapter 15 of the Luxembourg law of 17 December 2010, and alternative investment fund manager ("AIFM").


Your responsibilities

As our Client Service & Operations Manager you will be the first point of contact for our existing and new potential clients. You will build business relationships, manage projects, design products and implement operational processes for our management company in Luxembourg, working closely with other supporting functions. Your key tasks include:
  • Planning and managing projects for our clients to implement business development initiatives, designing fund solutions that meet client expectations as well as regulatory, operational and commercial requirements, together with proactive identification, assessment and evaluation of potential project impacts and implementation the operational processes.
  • Contributing to the design of new products and supporting projects in an evolving landscape, responding to RFP's, conducting tenders, and developing fund distribution in existing and new sales territories.
  • Supporting the management of operations, its documentation and monitoring procedures and decisions and ensuring that outsourced activities are performed and processes complied with, are efficient and cost-effective, and conducting reviews.
  • Assessing client feedback, improving procedures accordingly to ensure that great service is provided at all times.

Your profile

  • You have a university education and at least 5 years of relevant experience in the financial industry, preferably, in management of operations, with exposure to client service, or as an auditor.
  • Experience in the fund industry with good knowledge of the regulatory environment and product design.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills paired with the ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. You are progress oriented and take a flexible approach.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise, be proactive, and handle projects and uncertainty in a structured and solution-oriented working style .
  • Dedication, motivation and proven team spirit, a high level of commitment and the desire to work in a dynamic and demanding environment. Very good English and German or other languages are an asset.
